Our TBL Personal Trainers and Fitness Coach work over both our Sandbach and Goostrey Studio’s, allowing you versatility in where and when you train. Lucas, Lucy, Liz, Tom and Lauren will guide you through your fitness journey, inspiring you and motivating you to keep going! Their knowledge and expertise in the fitness industry is exceptional and they will guarantee to support you to meet your individual goals.
Lucas Debek
Lucas is the founder of TBL fitness studios. His passion for weight training and body building started in his teenage years, when a group of friends with similar interests set up their own small personal gym to train in, encouraging each other to dig deep and train hard.
Fast forward 25 years and Lucas has transformed his own passion into helping others to develop a love for training and fitness. With a competition under his belt and expert knowledge in the fitness industry, Lucas has supported his clients to achieve their fitness aspirations and beyond! Lucas supports lifestyle and mindset changes to ensure that clients not only gain the results they want, but to ensure those hard earned results are sustainable.
Lucy Lloyd
For over 15 years, Lucy has been competing in sport and fitness, including netball and weight training. She has experienced for herself the power of guided personal training, seeing some amazing results whilst working with Lucas, alongside being a busy mum of 3 young children. During this time, Lucy developed a love for training and a great deal of knowledge in both fitness and nutrition, leading her to pursue her passion and become a personal trainer herself. Lucy is committed to helping her clients achieve their individual goals in a supportive and encouraging manner.
Lauren Taylor
Having trained with Lucas for over two years and achieved results that I never thought that I would be capable of, I was delighted to be asked to join the TBL Team. Lucas’ motivation and determination is contagious and everyone who sets foot in the studio transforms into the best version of themselves. I have a genuine passion for training in a group and seeing people develop their love of fitness, so Trained By Lucas classes are the ideal way for me to help people to work towards their individual goals.
Liz Clark
Liz’s commitment to sport, health and well-being started at a young age; training 20 hours a week in elite gymnastics as part of the British national squad. This passion for sport continued and she completed a degree in Sport Studies and Business Management. She has been teaching in secondary schools for 15 years and is thrilled to be joining the TBL team as a PT. Her intention is to support clients in building a life long commitment to strength training, fitness and personal well-being.
