Fitness Classes (Sandbach Studio) & HYROX Classes (Goostrey Studio)
Dual Force Fitness offer group classes in both our Sandbach and Goostrey Studio’s.
Our Sandbach Studio offers a diverse range of classes which are a fun and motivating way to achieve your individual fitness goals, the classes are designed to be accessible to all adults regardless of all fitness levels. All classes are approximately one hour long.
At our Goostrey Studio we provide a focus on HYROX associated fitness. As a HYROX Affiliated gym, we offer bespoke classes to improve general fitness and/or to support your HYROX training for competitions. Many clients are competing in HYROX and it is a great community to join.

Tabata
If you are looking for an intense sweat session, you will fall in love with our Tabata classes. Tabata is a form of HIIT, however has shorter recovery periods, working to 20 seconds at the highest intensity you can, followed by 10 seconds of rest, you will complete 8 sessions of each exercise. Morale is high in this class and there is always an amazing vibe!
Insanity Tabata
With the addition of EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) and step work, this class is similar to Tabata, but for those wanting that little extra push for the finale! No time for resting on this one!
Strength Classes
With the support of our Personal Trainers and Coaches, you will be provided with weight training exercises. Regular strength training can improve not only your strength but also your mobility and flexibility. It is evidenced to decrease risk of injury and falls as well as making you stronger and burning calories. No experience necessary, this class provides weight based training from novices to those who are experienced.
H.E.A.T
H.E.A.T is our High Energy Anaerobic Training Class. This class allows you to push your own individual capabilities and push yourself to the max. Similar to HIIT this class is based on the concept of interval training, with 40 seconds on, followed by 40 seconds rest it really gets your heart pumping! Planned by our expert coaches, each class is guaranteed to be different, so prepare for the unexpected! Are you ready to feel the H.E.A.T?
Core
This class is exactly what it says on the tin! Working your core for an hour cannot be underestimated. Our Hard-core class is very popular, with a variety of core exercises (30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest x 4 per exercise) throughout the hour. Let’s get those abs working overtime!
Olympia 2000
With a challenge of completing 2000 reps in total within the hour…are you up for the challenge? This is our bespoke strength-based training and it is HARD! This is one hell of an intense full body workout! This class will have your crawling out of the gym! However, we all return for more!
Powerhouse
This is a strength related class, combining cardio and strength work, this class provides you will a full body workout. There is no doubt that you will feel the burn during and after this hour session!
HIIT
Join our HIIT classes, where no two classes are the same! Our high Intensity Interval Training or HIIT will make you sweat, aiming to increase your heart rate to 80% of your maximum heart rate, this is followed by short lower intensity movements. Working with a partner for that extra motivation, at each station you will complete 4 x 30 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 30 x seconds lower intensity, this is repeated 4 times until you move onto your next station! Not one for the faint hearted, but can be adapted for most fitness levels and abilities.

HYROX
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
